Following up your enquiry
Your enquiry is stored in the Nexaclean system to prepare a quote, contact you and follow up on the conversation. Submission does not confirm a booking: the scope and date of the service are agreed separately.
Access and retention
Enquiries, internal notes, customer details and management information are accessible to authorised people according to their role. We keep information needed to follow up the relationship and meet applicable obligations; the team can review, correct or archive an enquiry. The details are not published on the website.
